Located in downtown Walnut Creek, Élevé Restaurant offers an update on classic Vietnamese cuisine. Inspired by fresh ingredients, the menu includes the familiar flavors of the Gòi Cuỏn (Shrimp Spring Rolls), as well as the tantalizing taste of the signature Riesling Prawns.
Chef and Co-Owner Michele Nguyen grew up in the restaurant business. After 15 years of running the family business, she ventured off to open Élevé in January 2010. The restaurant marks the beginning of her desire to bring forth great tastes in a unique way.
From the French verb, élever (to raise; to elevate), the restaurant is Michele’s vision of a dining experience that is casual yet elevated, a place for friends and families to gather and enjoy.
